Joining Cincinnati in 1999 as a commercial lines underwriter, Kirsten Faherty has worked in the Corporate Communications department as an editor and manager since 2001. With a background in retail management and troubleshooting, Kirsten continues to embrace the customer perspective in her current position, whether the audience for her writing is agents or company associates. She has a degree in communication arts and was an active member of the Professional Insurance Communicators of America.
