Training offers foundation to build on

My dad was a highly regarded coach in the Cincinnati area, and the one thing he always instilled in his players was to establish a strong foundation by practicing and perfecting the basics. Once you established the fundamentals, you could build a winning organization. I have found this to be true in both sports and business.

As a young girl, I think I always knew I would go to law school. After all, my dad earned his Juris Doctor degree when I was just a tot. My sweet 16 birthday cake included a buttercream icing inscribed with a happy birthday wish to the future lawyer, ballerina…and a few other vocations. It was a big cake!
