Hoverboards: Fire extinguisher not included


UPDATE – The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall by 10 companies of about 501,000 self-balancing scooters – also known as hoverboards – because the lithium-ion battery packs could overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire or exploding.
