A cyber liability and general liability specialist, Kate Miller is a commercial underwriting manager for South Carolina and Georgia. She joined Cincinnati Insurance in 2011 and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and botany, master’s degrees in teaching and business administration and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Management (AIM) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations from the Insurance Institutes of America.

Or, you may read about data breaches when you receive a new credit card or are offered identity theft protection. What you might not hear about are the cases where a business owner goes bankrupt after a data breach.
